Our non-profit charity, designated as a 501(c)(3) organization, is dedicated to supporting our community, with a particular focus on veterans, military members transitioning into civilian life, and young people. Our headquarters are situated in Sheridan, Colorado, and we take great pride in our community and its rich history.

We collaborate closely with our partner organization, the Verle Huffman VFW Post 9644, to achieve our mission. Together, we strive to improve the lives of those who have served our country and the next generation, by providing a range of resources, services, and opportunities to meet their unique needs.
